Training for 911 dispatchers - Domestic Violence call

We recommend you view/listen to the training material in the order listed.  The presentations may cover the same material more than once, however, the importance of the material can not be understated.

After you have viewed the last presentation, you will see 3 more audio 911 calls.  Please listen to each one.  The first one, "Calm Kyle", is over 30 minutes long, so pleased be prepared to listen straight though.
